We stand behind what leaves our studio. All of our work is guaranteed against defective workmanship for as long as you own it.

Our jewelry is made to last a lifetime and we stand behind our workmanship 100%. We will repair your jewelry for free, as long as you own it, and provided the needed repair was due to a failure in our crafting, and not per result of damage. Please note: Having your jewelry modified by another jeweler voids our warranty.

Over time, your pendant or bracelet might lose some of its luster, or your ring or gem may not sparkle as it once did due to dirt and natural oils. We offer free cleaning and polishing of your jewelry at any time. You can either stop by our shop in Santa Fe to drop off the piece or send it to us, including a check for the $12 return insured shipping.

When returning items please package it carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item is included. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
