Any item on this site can be returned within thirty days of purchase, for a full refund.
- We are very confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We have been selling rings and other jewelry on our websites since the late nineties and our return rate is under one percent.
Any piece of jewelry within our normal product line as shown on our website can be returned within 30 days, provided that the item and packaging are in original condition. A full refund is given for the cost of the jewelry, but not shipping expenses.
In order to accept returns, the jewelry must be in its original condition. In returning your item, please package it carefully and insure the shipment for the price of the item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Orders that are designated "custom", or altered specifically for a customer, including engraved rings, and rings smaller than size 5 and larger than size 12 are not returnable.

Refunds for returned items will be issued via check issued within ten business days of receipt of the returned item, or charged back on your credit card, at our discretion.
